1. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 2–3 business days.

  • Larger items like beds and sofas may require an additional 1–2 business days for safe packaging.
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Options, Timelines & Fees

The delivery time is the transit time after your order has been processed and dispatched. To get your estimated total delivery time, add the processing time (from Section 1) to the transit time below.

Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over £399 being delivered to Mainland UK.
  • White-Glove Delivery: This service includes delivery and full furniture setup in your room of choice. It is not available for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, or any offshore UK islands. Please contact us for availability and a price quote.
  • Oversized Item Surcharge: A surcharge will be applied to items requiring special handling due to their size or weight (e.g., beds, large sofas, wardrobes). This fee is in addition to the shipping rates listed above. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the oversized surcharge will still apply.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • For White-Glove Delivery orders, our courier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery time.
  • We partner with trusted couriers like DPD and specialist furniture delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely.

4. Damage & Lost Items

  • Inspect on Arrival: Please inspect all items immediately upon delivery.
  • Report Issues: Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by supporting photos.
  • Lost Packages: If your item has not arrived within 5 business days after the final day of your estimated delivery window, please contact us. (For example, if the timeline was 5-7 business days, contact us on the 13th business day after dispatch).

5. Incorrect Addresses or Missed Delivery

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • For large furniture deliveries, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the items as scheduled.
